Milky Toast Bread
Overview
This toast recipe is based on the thin ash toast recipe. The toast box is 500g. The bread is not too sweet. The butter should be added after kneading the dough for 20 minutes.

Put all the dough ingredients into the bread machine bucket and start the kneading process.

After about 20 minutes, add softened butter and knead again for about 20 minutes until the dough forms.

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap for the first fermentation, until it reaches 2.5 times in size (about 1 hour)

Take out the fermented dough, deflate it and divide it into three equal parts.

Knead into a ball and relax for 15 minutes

Rolling: roll it into a long strip, roll it up gently from top to bottom, roll it into 2.5 circles, and put no more than three circles into the toast film.
