Fried chicken wings
Overview
Some time ago, I bought seasoned and marinated chicken wing roots in the supermarket. It was considered a semi-finished product. It tasted pretty good when fried in a pan. I thought the chicken wings would taste even better, so I bought some.

For the chicken wings, score them twice with a knife on both sides and marinate them with seasonings (put some chili shells, some Laoganma, some light soy sauce, some salt, and a handful of peppercorn shells). The marinating time is almost two hours

Put the chicken wings into the pot and fry over low heat. Induction cooker, I set the temperature at 100℃

Fry one side until golden, then flip and fry the other side. Keep the heat low and low from the beginning of frying to the time it comes out of the pan. Although this will be slower, it will ensure that it will be blurred.
