Prepare ingredients for baking dough

Add sugar and yeast to the milk and mix well

Add appropriate amount of flour

Form into a three-gloss dough, cover with a damp cloth, and keep warm for 4 hours. You can make jujube paste filling during this time

After cleaning the jujubes, put them into a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes

After cooking, peel and core

Put it in a microwave oven on high heat to dry up the water and make a date paste filling

Let the dough triple in size, knead it and release the air
