Braised Yellow Croaker

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, fry until golden brown and then take out the ginger slices

Add the cleaned yellow croaker and fry over high heat for 10 minutes until golden

Flip and fry for 10 minutes until golden brown, then serve

Mix all seasonings thoroughly

In a separate wok, heat oil, add minced ginger, minced ginger and chopped green onions and stir-fry

Pour in the mixed seasoning and croaker, cover and cook until a small amount of soup remains

Lift up the yellow croaker, pour starch into the soup, and cook until thick

Pour the soup onto the croaker and sprinkle with appropriate amount of chopped green onion and crushed red pepper
