Purple sweet potato and pumpkin are steamed separately, mashed into puree, yeast and water are added to form a dough, and another white dough is mixed. Ferment at room temperature until the dough doubles in size.

Press out the air from the risen dough and roll it into 3 dough pieces and stack them together.

Roll up the dough sheet.

Cut into 2-3 cm segments with a knife.

Take 2 pieces facing each other, dip the middle with water and stick them together.

Use chopsticks to pinch it in the middle, and a butterfly will appear!

Put it in the pot to let it rise for 30 minutes, turn on the heat and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes and then uncover the pot.
