Peel, wash and shred potatoes.

Break the dried chilies into 3 cloves and thinly peel the garlic.

Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and dried chili pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Pour in a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of vinegar and simmer for a few minutes.

When the water is almost gone and the potatoes are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, chicken essence, and pepper and stir-fry evenly.
