If you don’t buy meat, just eat vegetarian fried sauce!

Dice the green pepper, onion and garlic, beat the eggs, add some salt and cooking wine, bean paste and sweet noodle sauce and mix well.

Put oil in the pot, scramble the eggs, stir quickly with chopsticks, and stir well.

Put the eggs out first.

Continue to put oil in the pot, stir-fry, add the chopped vegetables into the pot, and stir-fry until cooked. If you like onions, ginger and garlic, you can put them in. I don’t eat them so I didn’t put them in.

Stir-fry the vegetables until raw and add the sauce. Continue to stir-fry.

After stir-frying the sauce flavor, add the eggs, stir-fry until the eggs are fragrant and take it out of the pan!

Scoop out the sauce.

Boil another pot of water

After the water boils, put the noodles in. After they are cooked, take them out of the pot and run them under cold water!

Cut cucumber and lettuce into shreds.
