Grilled Donkey Ears in Oyster Sauce
Overview
There is a kind of lentil, which is customarily called pig's ear beans in the Northeast. There is also a kind of lentil that is longer and much larger than pig's ear beans, so it is also called donkey's ear beans.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: donkey ear beans (a type of lentil), oyster sauce, green onions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion. Add donkey ear beans.

Stir-fry repeatedly until it collapses. Add oyster sauce.

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, adding salt and sugar to taste.

Cook until donkey ear beans are cooked. Then turn off the heat.

Remove from pan and plate.
