Q fish balls
Overview
My son rarely eats fish. It’s not that he doesn’t like fish, and he finds it troublesome to spit out the thorns. Look how lazy you are. There is no other way but to let him eat in another way.

Steps
-
Remove the head, bones, skin, and dice of fresh fish and rinse with water to remove the fishy smell.
-
Put it into a food processor, add ground ginger, add water, and add half of the egg whites. Turn on the phone and play for about 30 seconds. Add the remaining half of the egg whites, salt, pepper, and cornstarch, and beat for another minute.
-
The fish paste is very thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl and beat vigorously with your hands clockwise.
-
Add water to the pot and heat it to about 40 degrees, turn off the heat, squeeze the meat paste with your left hand, squeeze out the meatballs from the tiger's mouth, hold a spoon in your right hand, and scoop it into the pot. After scooping, turn on low heat and heat until all the fish balls float.
-
After they float, cook for another half minute and scoop the meatballs into the ice water. This will make the meatballs more elastic.
-
Make a little more at a time, store it in the refrigerator, and eat it as you go.
