First, soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes.

Mung bean sprouts.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs first, scoop them out and set aside.

Then stir-fry the meat slices until fragrant (I forgot to take a photo of the marinated meat slices).

First add green onions and saute until fragrant.

Then add mung bean sprouts and scallions and stir-fry quickly over high heat for one minute.

Put the soaked rice noodles into the pot.

Return the eggs to the pan, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry quickly evenly.

The rice noodles are also very easy to cook and just need to be stir-fried for two to three minutes.
