Water chestnut, corn and cured chicken soup
Overview
Water chestnut is one of my favorite ingredients. I like it when the fruit is boiled with sugar water and made into soup. Water chestnuts, also known as water chestnuts, contain the highest phosphorus among root vegetables, which can promote human growth and development and maintain physiological functions. It is of great benefit to the development of teeth and bones. It can also promote the metabolism of sugar, fat, and protein in the body and regulate acid-base balance. Today I cooked cured chicken with water chestnuts. The condiments were of no use at all. The saltiness of the cured chicken enhanced the base of the soup. Coupled with the sweet water chestnuts and glutinous millet, it felt really good.
