Cut tofu into large pieces

In a small bowl, put two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, and half a spoon of sugar

Add onion slices and shredded ginger, and some water

Place the tofu in the electric pressure cooker, pour the prepared soy sauce evenly on top, then add the chopped garlic into two pieces

Simmer in the pressure cooker for about 10 minutes, then open the lid after letting it go.

Take the tofu out and sprinkle the oil juice on the tofu.
