BBQ Sausage Fish Balls

Our BBQ skewers can be found everywhere. If you go into one of them, you will be guaranteed to eat until you can’t bend down or move 😂 As the famous saying goes – there is no problem that a barbecue can’t solve! The barbecue in my hometown is not ordinary, it is extremely delicious, especially the ones grilled directly on the charcoal fire, such as kebabs, solid eggs, fish balls, silkworm chrysalis, kidneys, heart limbs, quails, vegetables, mushrooms... It seems that there is nothing that cannot be grilled. 😁But everything has advantages and disadvantages. Grilling it directly on charcoal fire has the possibility of high-temperature coking and producing carcinogens. Eating it regularly is still not healthy enough. But what should I do if the greedy insect comes out? The answer is: Do it at home! Today's dish is made with homemade garlic chili sauce and barbecue ingredients in a wok. The taste is not inferior to those of famous barbecue restaurants.

Sausages sliced, various meatballs cut into cubes

Cut the cilantro into long sections and slice the onions

Prepare garlic chili sauce and barbecue ingredients (you won’t actually need these)

Heat oil in a pan, sauté green onions, ginger slices and garlic cloves

Add the fish balls and fry until the surface is slightly burnt

Add the sausage and stir-fry for a while

Add the onions and stir-fry for a few times

Add 1 tablespoon of homemade garlic chili sauce and stir well

Add barbecue ingredients and stir-fry a few times

Add coriander

Stir quickly and serve
