Glutinous corn tortillas
Overview
I saw a recipe on Weibo, but the amount of milk was not given, so I tried it myself, and the milk had a strong aroma, which was not bad. I used children's milk, which has a little sweetness and reduced the sugar; if you like sweetness, add more sugar. When making the dough, I accidentally added too much milk. Later, when I added more dough, it became a little dry. Therefore, the amount of milk given is estimated based on the amount left in the measuring cup. It is best not to add it all at once at the beginning.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix glutinous rice flour and cornmeal evenly PS: If you use powdered sugar, mix them together directly
-
I used rock sugar, so I melted it in the milk
-
Add milk and mix. I forgot to take a photo. After mixing evenly, divide the dough into small balls and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll the rested dough into long strips PS: The dough is a bit dry and easy to break when rolled into strips, so I will connect a few strips together
-
Roll the strip into a circle
-
Use your hands to flatten the rolled dough
-
Put it in the pot, then put the noodles in, fry both sides and then take it out of the pot
