Prepare the ingredients and weigh them.

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process.

A piece of purple sweet potato, peeled, sliced and steamed.

Use a fork to mash until pureed.

Take the mixed dough out of the bread machine and knead it more (I kneaded it for 10 minutes, I was tired).

Roll the dough into a large piece and spread the purple sweet potato puree evenly on the dough.

Roll the dough into a long shape (any shape you like).

Place in the oven to rise for 30 minutes (without power).

After 30 minutes, apply egg yolk liquid.

Sprinkle with black/white sesame seeds, bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

When the time is up, the bread is baked and has a good color.
