Traditional Braised Sansi

Traditional Braised Sansi

Overview

Make a traditional braised three-shredded dish, shredded pork, shredded sea cucumber, and shredded magnolia slices. It’s so cold today that I didn’t go out to buy magnolia slices, so I used crispy bamboo shoot shreds instead, which would be tasteless. When making this dish, the most important seasoning is white pepper.
