Soak the dried mushrooms until soft and chop them into pieces, add them to the meat filling, then add 1 tablespoon of oil, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt, mix well and set aside.

Divide the tofu clothes into 4 parts and pour cold water over them to soften them.

Take a flat piece of tofu wrapper, wrap it twice in the meat roll, fold the left and right ends in half and roll it up into a cylinder shape. Do the same for the other three.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the meat rolls until golden brown on both sides.

Add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and sugar, and finally add about a bowl of water.

Cover tightly and cook until semi-dry, turn off the heat when it becomes a little juicy.

Finished product is plated. Cut some green onion and put it on top to finish.
