Steps
-
Add low-gluten flour to egg whites, mix evenly with chopsticks or a manual egg beater, then add fine sugar and mix evenly (the stirring action does not need to be very fast to avoid gluten in the flour, which will affect the crispness of the tiles) 2. After the butter melts in warm water (the water temperature is 40 degrees or 50 degrees), add it to the batter and mix well 3. Finally add sesame seeds and mix well (you can add more or less sesame seeds) 4. Line a baking sheet with a high-temperature cloth or tin foil, use a spoon to pour a spoonful of sesame paste into the baking sheet, and then use the bottom of a spoon or your hands to spread it into thin, round slices (thin and even, no more than 10 cm each) 5. Heat the oven to 175 degrees, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes 6. Bake until dark brown. Don't eat it right away. Leave it for a few minutes before eating it to have a crispy texture
