Overview
The dish is made of stir-fried pork slices with eggs, fungus, etc. It is named after the scrambled eggs are yellow in color and broken into pieces, resembling sweet-scented osmanthus. Liang Gongchen of the Qing Dynasty recorded in his "Beidongyuan Notes·Part 3": In the northern shops, chicken is used to stir-fry meat, which is called osmanthus meat, and the lid is broken yellow

Slice carrots and cucumbers, tear fungus into small florets!
