Homegrown eggplants and beans

Wash and put it into the steamer. After the pot is steamed up, the eggplant will be cooked in 4 minutes, and the beans will be steamed for another 2 minutes

Mash garlic with a little salt

Pound into minced garlic

Add a little white vinegar and a few drops of sesame oil and mix thoroughly

Cool the steamed eggplant and beans and cut into sections and serve on a plate
