Overview
Spring is the season for calcium supplementation, and tofu is the most suitable. This Yong Tau Foo Baby is my favorite, even the soup is not left.

Prepare meat, fermented mushrooms, tofu, green onions

Rinse the meat with running water

Cut into chunks
