I ate this steamed rice noodle at my sister's house. It's a bit like making rice noodle fish, but it's very simple. You can learn it once you learn it, and you often use it for breakfast. Although it is steamed, the texture is the same as that of stir-fried, and there is no heat, so you can get started as soon as you learn it. There is nothing particular about making this dish. The success or failure mainly depends on the quality of the dried noodles. Ganzhou's local wet vermicelli (vermicelli) is not easy to break even after being steamed for a long time, and is very elastic. What should I do if I can’t buy this kind of wet powder? Whatever you want, the main thing is that it doesn't break easily. If it's dry powder, it needs to be softened in advance. It doesn’t look good but it’s really delicious. I hope you like it~~

Tempeh sauce, salt, chili powder, chicken essence (MSG), soy sauce (if you like dark soy sauce, put dark soy sauce, if you like light soy sauce, put light soy sauce, if you want light soy sauce, reduce the salt), peanut oil (if you don’t have soy sauce, just put ordinary oil, it won’t be that fragrant, put some sesame oil in the pot)

Stir the sauce into the flour, it is easier to mix with your hands, and break the flour slightly, not too long. The light soy sauce I used was very light in color. Boil another pot of water. After the water boils, put it into the pot to steam.
