I have made cupcakes many times, changing the recipe each time to try the best one.

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients, (I forgot to take a picture of the ingredients, please attach a picture that my cousin gave me, 😄)

  2. Add one-third of the sugar to the egg whites, beat with an electric egg beater until as shown below

  3. Add half of the sugar and beat until as shown below

  4. Finally, add the white sugar to the beaten egg whites and beat again. Spare

  5. Use another container to beat the egg yolks

  6. Pour the milk into the egg mixture and stir evenly

  7. Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg milk liquid and stir evenly

  8. Add cooking oil to the evenly stirred egg yolk paste and stir evenly

  9. Add the egg whites that were beaten before and mix until as shown below

  10. Load into container. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

  11. After preheating, put the filled cake liquid into the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. (I baked less at this time. I only baked it for half an hour, so the color was not very good)
