Cut the green pepper into shreds, add salt and marinate for a while.

Add ginger cubes to the chicken, cook, remove, and cut into strips.

Set aside.

After the oil is hot, add shredded ginger and chicken strips and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pickled chili shreds and stir-fry.

Stir fry evenly.

Add tempeh and stir-fry together.

Add light soy sauce for color.
