Meat floss and scallop cake

The small cake made for a 2-year-old baby only uses eggs, flour, sugar, and a little bit of meat floss. It is nutritious and healthy, and the baby's mother is very satisfied!

Separate the egg whites and yolks and put them into an oil-free and water-free egg beating basin. One of the egg yolks was broken;

Prepare 40 grams of low-gluten flour, 20 grams of fine sugar, and appropriate amount of meat floss;

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add 10 grams of fine sugar, and beat until dry peaks appear, as shown in the picture, with straight little curved hooks;

Add 10 grams of caster sugar to the egg yolks and beat with an electric whisk until thick and fluffy;

Add the egg yolk paste into the egg white basin in three batches, stirring evenly each time;

Add 40 grams of flour and stir until flour is no longer visible;

Prepare a cup, put on a piping bag, and pour the cake batter;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cut a small opening under the piping bag, and squeeze the cake batter into a baking tray lined with silicone paper. Move quickly;

Bake at 180 degrees on the middle level for about 13 minutes.

After cooling, pair them up, squeeze a little salad dressing on each, put the meat floss together, and store them in a crisper.
