  10. Place in a 9-inch round mold lined with baking paper or oilcloth, and grease the sides with some vegetable oil.

  11. Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

  12. Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

  13. Place in the preheated oven, middle layer, with upper and lower heat, bake at 130 degrees for 40 minutes (depending on the temperature of your own oven), cover with tin foil when the color is satisfied.
