Overview
Rice dumplings are a food often eaten by Northeastern people in spring. The bright green cabbage leaves are wrapped in a mixture of mashed potatoes, rice, bean paste, caviar, and peanuts, making people fully feel the breath of spring. It tastes even more unforgettable!

Cut onions and coriander into sections, and cut cucumber into shreds.

Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick strips.

Put a little oil in the pot, add the peppercorns and chopped green onion, stir-fry the potato strips for a few seconds, fill in water, and cover the potato strips.

Wash the Chinese cabbage leaves and drain them.

Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the peanuts over low heat until cooked.

Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them into a puree.

Cook the rice.

Add the rice to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Add the green onions, coriander, and peanuts and continue stirring.

Finally add bean paste and caviar and stir evenly.

Take a Chinese cabbage leaf and add the mixed rice.

Use your hands to fold both sides of the cabbage leaves into the middle. Wrap into rice bag shape.
