Two larger potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into cubes. Then steam the potato pieces and set aside.

Crush the steamed potatoes until they are not hot to your hands. Try to make them as fine and finely crushed as possible, or sift them directly for a better taste. Sieve and place the steamed potatoes in a fine mesh colander and mash with a spoon. Then add salt, sugar, diced green and red bell peppers, milk and whipping cream to the mashed potatoes.

Mix well. You can also replace the green and red bell peppers with corn kernels or peas according to personal preference.

Then spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mashed potatoes, and sprinkle with a few diced green and red bell peppers. Place in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
