Overview
Adenophora and Yuzhu old duck soup is a traditional Han Chinese dish in Guangdong and belongs to the Cantonese cuisine. The main ingredients are old duck meat, northern ginseng and polygonatum odorifera. It is suitable for those who are physically weak after illness or have yin deficiency due to diabetes. For body deficiency and coldness, inability to eat and stomach pain caused by cold. People with thin diarrhea, low back pain, cold dysmenorrhea, obesity, arteriosclerosis, and chronic enteritis should eat less; patients with colds should not eat it.

After boiling, skim off the scum, remove the duck meat and wash it with warm water. Do not use any more water in the pot

Add water again, pour in soaked Adenophora, Polygonatum, Ophiopogon japonicus, red dates and soaked water, add duck meat

Select the soup cooking function and set the time for two and a half hours
