Just a snack, definitely not a dish - spicy and sour mango
Overview
Mixed mango is very popular among young girls, boys and children in the streets and alleys of Pu'er. It is spicy, sour and slightly sweet. It tastes appetizing and refreshing. In the hot summer, eating some mixed mango will relieve the heat. When I was a child, it was one of my favorite snacks. Mixed mango is generally used. Ripe green mangoes are sour enough, but as I get older, eating too sour things will hurt my teeth, so now I always choose sweet and crisp mangoes from Thailand when mixing mangoes. Of course, young girls and boys still prefer the sour mangoes, which are sour and spicy that make people drool when they see them.

Peel and wash the mango.

Cut the peeled mango into slightly thin pieces.

Peel the garlic and pound into minced garlic, wash and cut the coriander into sections.
