Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and chop the stems, garlic cloves and pork belly into mince. Heat oil in a wok, melt butter, add minced meat, stir-fry minced garlic, add salt, sugar, chopped green onion, black pepper, soy sauce, MSG, stir-fry evenly, remove and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and use a small spoon to clean the inner wall of the mushrooms.

Stuff stuffing into mushrooms.

Place half of the folded cheese slices on top of each mushroom.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the mushrooms on it. Adjust the oven to 180 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes. Place the mushrooms in the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese changes color.
