Stir-fried chicken liver with spinach
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, my husband went to the countryside and bought two native chickens. I fried spinach with chicken livers and hearts for the baby to eat. If your baby is anemic, it is most suitable to eat chicken liver with spinach.

Prepare the ingredients

Soak chicken livers and chicken hearts in water for 30 minutes and rinse.

Remove the tendons and cut into small pieces.

Wash and cut spinach into sections,

Put in boiling water and blanch it, take it out,

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger slices until fragrant, then add chicken livers and hearts

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, add 2 tsp of water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add some salt, sugar, and season it first.
