Pickled cabbage and potato powder
Overview
Potato flour contains very little fat, only 0.1%, which can gradually metabolize excess fat, so it has the effect of losing weight. Soak the sauerkraut in advance to remove excess salt

Shred the kelp (I use the right shredded cooked kelp)

Fish tofu slices
