Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add 1/3 sugar and a few drops of vinegar

Beat until the egg whites can stand up when lifted by the whisk

Add flour, vegetable oil, and water to egg yolks

Beat until there are no lumps

Dip 1/3 of the egg yolk into the egg yolk paste

Stir from top to bottom

After mixing evenly, add the egg whites one at a time and repeat the same steps

Place a layer of oil-absorbing paper on a baking sheet, pour the egg batter, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and add the egg batter

Heat up and down to 170 degrees for 20 minutes. The color of the cake will turn a little brown

Take it out and prick the last place with a toothpick. If no cake liquid sticks to it, it means the cake is baked

Take another piece of oil paper and cover it
