Sesame salt and pepper crisps are a very sweet Chinese snack. The corn oil used is healthier than butter. It has a crispy texture and a mouthful of sesame flavor when you bite it. It can be used as breakfast or as a snack.

Prepare ingredients.

Put twenty grams of white sugar and fifteen grams of egg liquid into corn oil.

Mix the oil, eggs and sugar thoroughly with your hands.

In a large bowl add sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and pepper. The flour used to make Chinese pastries can be either low-gluten flour or ordinary flour. Do not use high-gluten flour, as the gluten will taste bad.
