There are many ways to eat Chinese cabbage, including stir-frying, pickling, and stuffing. Especially its stems are crispy when stir-fried, and the leaves are sweet when cooked in soup. It's also good to eat them separately.

Remove the stem part from Chinese cabbage.

Divide into two sections and cut crosswise into strips.
