Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce
Overview
When I wanted to make this dish, I found that there was no coriander, so I went to the atom and grabbed some perilla leaves to replace it. You can add seasonings according to your own taste

Wash 8 pieces of chicken breast with perilla leaves

Prepare 4 pieces of ginger, put it into the pot and boil it with water. Then cook the chicken breast. After it is cooked, poke holes with a fork, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes, then drain the water again.

Tear the chicken breast into pieces, chop the perilla leaves, squeeze in the lemon juice, add the seasonings, mix well and you’re done
