【Cashew Nut Crisp】——New Year snacks
Overview
I bought a bag of cashew nuts at home before, but I didn’t like the remaining ones. I thought it would be a waste to throw them away, so I made some dough and added cashew nuts to bake them together. Unexpectedly, the cashew nuts became more fragrant after being roasted. It tasted surprisingly good~ Ingredients: 210g low-gluten flour, 110g corn oil, 100g fine sugar, 4g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 1 egg, appropriate amount of cashews

Pour the oil, sugar and 35g egg liquid into a small basin
