Matcha Red Bean Toast
Overview
I’m so happy since I got the Patriot bread machine. I don’t have to go to the cake shop, and I don’t have to stretch my arms to knead the dough. I just throw the ingredients into the bread machine, select the program, and after three hours, I can eat fragrant bread, which is soft, delicious, nutritious and healthy! This time I used newly bought matcha powder, but it still wasn’t the ideal color. After baking, it turned out to be earthy and khaki, which didn’t look good at all. Fortunately, I added homemade red bean paste to add a lot of texture to the toast. It’s great for breakfast!

Prepare the required materials

First dissolve the matcha powder with water

Put the eggs, matcha water, sugar, and salt into the bread machine

Continue to add flour and yeast powder on top

Select menu 1 to start the bread machine. Add corn oil when kneading the dough for 20 minutes, and then continue until the dough is kneaded, fermented and deflated

Take it out and divide it into two portions (press pause on the bread machine)

Roll it out and spread red bean filling on top

Roll up and shape

Both are ready and put into the bread machine (start it again)

Continue secondary fermentation

After proofing is complete, brush the egg wash on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds,

Continue to bake for 30 minutes, take out the bread machine and unmold immediately

Let cool and then slice
