Chicken breast slices

Sauce: two spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of sugar, one spoon of light soy sauce

Batter: flour, starch, 1:2, add a small amount of water and mix evenly

Add salt, cooking wine, green onion, ginger, and egg liquid to the chicken breast slices, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes

Marinate chicken breasts and coat in batter. Heat the oil in a pan and when the oil is 70% hot, fry the chicken breasts and take them out. Explode again.

Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the onions and ginger, pour in the chicken breasts, sauce, and plate.
