Garlic Crayfish
Overview
I made a non-spicy garlic crayfish before, and a friend fried a spicy garlic crayfish a while ago. I went to the vegetable market after get off work today to buy vegetables, and I saw crayfish for sale. I was excited and bought 1 pound. I followed my friend’s recipe and made this garlic crayfish with full garlic flavor and spiciness. The looks and the taste are absolutely amazing.

Wash the crayfish at the store and marinate them with salt for half an hour and drain them.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic, wash it in water and set aside.

Heat the wok, add oil, add crayfish and fry until it changes color and serve.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add half of the minced garlic and stir-fry, add chili noodles and stir-fry until the oil is released.

Add crayfish and stir-fry, add beer, salt, five-spice powder and a small amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the water and pour it out, then let it dry. It tastes great.
