  4. Put an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot (because I just finished frying a dish and the oil pot has not been washed, the pot is messy)

  5. When the oil is 50% hot, add the onions and stir-fry until slightly soft

  6. Stir-fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, then add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

  7. Pour in the melon and stir-fry evenly

  9. Add five-spice powder (can be replaced by Sichuan peppercorns or aniseed noodles), chicken essence and stir-fry evenly

  10. Stir well and take it out of the pot (taste the saltiness before taking it out of the pot. I think the saltiness is enough after adding the previous seasonings. If you have a heavy taste, just add an appropriate amount of salt). Serve on the plate and eat
