  1. Prepare fresh radish

  2. Wash the radish and set aside

  3. Slice the radish with the skin on (note that it is with the skin on, so it will be crispy. It is recommended that the thickness is 0.5 cm, which is both delicious and crispy).

  4. Slice all the radishes and put them into a large plate. Add an appropriate amount of sugar, mix well, and marinate for 3 hours

  5. Wait until the radish comes out of water

  6. Then rinse with clean water and drain.

  7. Everything is ready, soak the radish slices with light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, mature vinegar, sugar, garlic slices and dried chili for 3 or 4 hours

  8. After 4 hours, filter out the radish slices, add appropriate amount of sugar and sesame oil, mix well, put in a sealed box and refrigerate overnight for better taste.
