Pick the cauliflower into small florets and clean them

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil

Blanch the cauliflower and carrot slices for 1 minute

Remove and drain

Pork belly cut into thick strips

Chop some minced garlic

Cut green onions into sections

Stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan over medium-low heat to release the oil and aroma

As shown in the picture, the meat is a bit burnt and there is a lot of fat

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (there is a bit too much meat, take some out)

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry sugar until fragrant

Then add the blanched cauliflower and stir-fry until it tastes delicious

Finally, add the green onions and stir-fry
