  1. Wash the apples and peel off the skin with a knife;

  2. Use tools to grate the peeled apples into pureed apples. My tools can only grate them into thin strips. Finally, put them on the chopping board and chop into pureed apples with a kitchen knife;

  3. Add appropriate amount of sugar, flour, and glutinous rice flour to the apple puree, and mix into a dough; flour and glutinous rice flour must be added little by little;

  4. Prepare white sesame seeds; my white sesame seeds were "accidentally" over-fried by someone, and the raw sesame seeds are gone. I suggest you use raw white sesame seeds, which will have better results;

  5. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, and press it into a cake shape; cover both sides of the cake dough with white sesame seeds;
