Dice green onions, carrots, cucumbers, and ham

Salted goose egg white, mashed. You can also use salted duck egg white

Overnight rice, mine is a little bit sticky at the bottom of the pot, but it doesn’t affect eating

Two eggs, beaten

Fry in hot oil until cooked, making the pieces as small as possible

Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onions, salted egg whites, stir-fry, add diced carrots, cucumbers, and ham for about one minute and stir-fry for about two minutes

Add rice and mix well

Add edible salt (add it little by little, because the salted egg white already has a salty taste), oyster sauce, and a little black pepper

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds
