Wash the small baby cabbage without the leaves.

Cut into thin slices with a 45° angle knife.

Heat a little oil in the pot until it is 50% hot, add peppercorns, and fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add two dried chilies and fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add the sliced baby cabbage, turn to high heat and stir-fry evenly.

Add a pinch of salt.

A little sugar to taste.
