Put the bread flour, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and yeast into the bread machine and start a dough mixing program

After one program ends, add room temperature softened butter and start another kneading program

After the end, the dough can basically pull out a film that is not easy to break

Cover with plastic wrap and start fermentation

It will take about an hour for the dough to ferment until it doubles in size. You can use a branch to poke holes that will not shrink back

Deflate the fermented dough

After the exhaust is complete, divide into 4 portions and let rest for 15 minutes

Take a portion, roll it out, roll it up, and roll it out again. This is to fully roll out the air bubbles in the dough and make the bread texture more uniform

Use a sharp blade to cut out the buttons without cutting all the way to the bottom, and then start the second cut

Serve with second-rise bread, sprinkle with chopped bacon, chives, and squeeze on salad dressing. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for 10 minutes
