Prepare the ingredients. Cut the mustard into rice grains, slice the ginger, add an appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of sugar, mix well, mince the shallot, and cut the green onion and set aside.

Cut the tofu into pieces in a bowl, place green onions on top, spread mustard seeds on top, and drizzle with appropriate amount of salad oil.

Cover the mouth of the bowl with a plate and place it in the steamer. Steam over medium heat for 45 minutes.

After steaming, remove the scallions and ginger, mash the tofu with a spoon, add a small amount of MSG for seasoning and let cool naturally.

After cooling, stir in the green onions, serve on a plate, and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
