Steps
-
Have all materials ready
-
Put the milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour, and yeast except the butter in order
-
After 20 minutes of kneading function, add butter and continue kneading
-
Knead until the glove film comes out
-
Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes
-
Divide the fermented dough into 4 equal portions
-
Roll out into an eight-inch mold
-
Spread bean paste evenly on the dough
-
Several pieces of dough are stacked together
-
Divide the dough into 4 parts, remember not to cut in the middle
-
Divide into 16 portions in total
-
Pick up one piece of dough and turn it inward, and turn the other piece in the direction of the turned dough
-
I’ll tidy up the finished pattern a little bit
-
Put it in the oven for 2nd fermentation, also 40 minutes
-
Brush the fermented bread with egg wash and add some sesame seeds
-
Place in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes
-
The finished product comes out of the oven. Because I baked it for more than 20 minutes, the color is a bit darker, but it does not affect the taste
-
It’s so beautiful that you can tear it apart and eat the snowflakes
